TRAVEL: For events outside our local area, please be aware that additional traveling expenses may be applied to our DJ services. These expenses vary depending on several factors including the distance of travel, accommodation requirements (if overnight stays are necessary). The total cost will be calculated based on the specifics of your event location, duration, and logistics involved in ensuring our team and gear arrive safely and on time.

DJ SERVICE AGREEMENT: This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the Effective Date (the "Effective Date") by and between [Your Name] ("Client") and [DJ Name or Company] ("DJ"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."
1. Services: The DJ will provide professional DJ services for the Event ("Event") described in the Client's booking request. This includes, but is not limited to, the operation of sound equipment, the provision of music, and the performance of any additional services agreed upon between the Parties.
2. Compensation: The Client will pay the DJ a non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total fee within ninety (90) days of the Effective Date. The remaining balance of the fee will be due and payable to the DJ in full no later than two (2) weeks prior to the Event date.
3. Professional Fees: The DJ's professional fee for their services is set between the range of One Hundred and Seventy-Five Dollars ($175) to Two Hundred Dollars ($200) per hour. The total fee will be calculated based on the number of hours requested by the Client for the Event.
4. Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation by the Client, the Client will forfeit the deposit and be liable for the full fee, unless the DJ agrees to a rescheduling of the Event at a later date. If the DJ cancels, the Client will receive a full refund of any monies paid.
5. Travel Expenses: The Client is responsible for covering any travel expenses incurred by the DJ for the Event, including, but not limited to, transportation, lodging, and meals. (this section can be amended by DJ/DJ Company only).
6. Equipment: The DJ will provide all necessary equipment for the Event, including, but not limited to, speakers, a mixer, a microphone and additional equipment as agreed upon between the Parties will cost extra.
7. Insurance: The DJ holds a valid liability insurance policy and will provide proof of insurance upon request.
8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [South & North Carolina], without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
9. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous oral or written communications and agreements.
10. Amendments: Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both Parties.
11. Counterparts: This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
